Account terms & app records Version 2026-10-04.1 Treasure Hunts USA is operated by May Management, LLC. Contact: info@treasurehuntsusa.com. YOUR ACCOUNT Use your own account, keep your sign-in details private, and provide accurate information. Each hunter participates individually. Staff access is limited to the business and event assigned to that employee. Do not impersonate another person, misuse another person’s code or receipt, or attempt unauthorized access. APP RECORDS We record account details, event participation, verified visits, purchase amounts, codes, submissions, uploaded evidence and agreement acceptances to operate the app and review problems. Receipt and report photos are stored privately with the relevant record and made available to authorized participants and the host. Do not upload full payment-card numbers. Optional business follow-up requires its separate consent; accepting these terms does not consent to marketing. ROLE-SPECIFIC AGREEMENTS Hunters must accept the selected event’s rules before joining. An authorized business representative must accept its vendor agreement before the business issues codes. An employee’s account acceptance does not make that employee responsible for the business’s participation fee. Live events require separately finalized live agreements. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE Selecting the unchecked agreement box and confirming records your electronic acceptance. After verified sign-in, the app saves your identity, the exact document, its version and the server’s acceptance time. You can reopen and save your accepted documents in Rules & agreements.
